Overview
- From time to time shipping carriers change the location of their package tracking systems.
- When this occurs, you must manually update the tracking link information stored in the program.
Update Tracking URL
- Navigate to Settings > Shipping Functions > Shipping Setup.
- When shipping Settings opens navigate to Tracking Options.
- Select the shipper whose information you wish to update.
- Select the email template you wish to use to send tracking information to customers.
- See the table below for updated tracking prefixes and suffixes needed for each carrier. These will be copied into the boxes in the tracking options screen.
- Once Information is updated click Save at the bottom of the screen. Then close out of Shipping Setup.
