Renewing a Semplice License

Semplice is Discontinued

Semplice has been discontinued and replaced by a direct Amazon integration through our Connect2Cart service.

When you renew your Semplice license through Stone Edge Technologies, we will contact WrinkleBrain to obtain the new license, and then email it to you.

Follow these steps to update your Semplice license:

  1. Save the attachment from the Stone Edge Technologies Technical Support email in an easy-to-find location on your computer.
  2. On the machine where Semplice is installed, right-click on the Semplice icon located in the system tray.

  1. Choose Manage Storefronts.

  1. Next, right-click on your Storefront and choose Stop Storefront.
  2. Right-click again and select Change Storefront Settings.
  3. In the new window that opens, click the Change License Key button in the lower left hand corner.
  4. In the next window that opens, click the Folder icon in the upper-right hand corner of the form.

 

The data from the license will automatically populate the blank text box.

  1. Click OK twice until you are back at the Semplice Storefront Manager.
  2. Right-click on your Storefront and select Start Select Storefront.
