Overview

The purpose of the Setup Guide is to help you get Monsoon Fulfillment Manager up and running quickly. It covers the basic settings necessary to start fulfilling orders. The Setup Guide runs when the program is launched for the first time and also when a new warehouse file is created.

The Setup Guide consists of seven sections: Company, Warehouse, Users, Packing, Shipping, Miscellaneous and Advanced Settings. Select the tabs to move between the sections.

This topic discusses the Company section of the Setup Guide, where name, address and logo information used on Monsoon OMS reports and e-mail is specified.

Company tab

Name

• the Company (store) name

Info 1 - Info 4

• enter company address, phone number or website information in these fields which are displayed directly under the Company Name on reports

Report Preview

• shows the data entered in the Name and Info 1-4 fields and logo as it appears on reports

Add Logo

• select this and navigate to the logo to insert it on reports
• this sets main system parameter ReportLogoLocation
• any changes to the corresponding parameter in the Monsoon Order Manager overwrites the value entered here

Remove Logo

• this link is only visible after a logo is added
• select this link to remove the company logo
• the path to the current logo file is displayed in the text box adjacent to the Folder icon

Folder Icon

• this is only visible after a logo is added
• select this icon to navigate to another logo file

OK

• select this to save your changes and close the Setup Guide

Cancel

• select this to abandon your changes and close the Setup Guide
