The Subscriptions screen displays all subscriptions in the Subscription Manager. All changes to products shipped, delivery schedules, payment methods, address information, delivery hold schedules, and the next ship date are made on this screen. You also activate and deactivate subscriptions here.
(click on each tab on the image below to learn about their functions)
Displayed at the top of the form are the Subscription ID, Customer ID, Start Date of the subscription, and Customer Name. This information cannot be changed. To make other changes, click Edit. Click Save to save your changes or click Cancel if you do not wish to save your changes.
(Re)Activate or Deactivate a Subscription
Activate or deactivate a subscription by clicking the Activate/Deactivate button (the text on the button changes depending on the state of the subscription). If you are deactivating a subscription, you are prompted to confirm your action. If you are activating or reactivating a subscription, you are prompted to confirm your action as well. If you reactivate a subscription, you are presented with a calendar to specify the date shipments are to resume.
Note: If the date chosen exceeds the end of the subscription or the start of the subscription, you will receive an error and no change is made.
This tab allows you to define whether anything ships and, if so, the SKU that will ship as well as the shipping method used. These settings are copied from the Subscription SKU as defined at the "Configure SKUs" form and works in the same manner.
This tab also displays a list of shipments and/or invoices sent to the customer and the order number to which they belong. To review an order, select the order you want to see and click View Order.
You can reset the "Next Ship Date" for the subscription by clicking "Reset Next Shipment Date". You see a calendar that allows you to choose the date. You can also define the quantity of subscriptions (i.e., the number of subscriptions ordered). This number is initially set by the quantity shipped on the first subscription order. This value is used as a multiplier for the quantity of items to ship, e.g. if a single subscription ships two items in each shipment and the customer ordered 3 subscriptions, each shipment order displays a quantity of six.
