Send Statements

Introduced in version 7.600, the ability to email customer statements as a batch increases productivity and can save you time.

To begin using this feature, set the system parameter BatchEmailCustomerStatements to True.

To access this feature: Main Menu – Manage My Customers – Send Statements

If there are no customer statements that need to be sent, you will see the message displayed in Pic 1.

When a statement is available for at least one customer, the form shown in fig Pic 2 will be displayed.

The left side of the screen will show a list of all outstanding statements. Selecting a statement from that list will display the email to be sent. These fields are editable (except the attached statement pdf file). The message displayed is based off of the email template saved in the system parameter DefaultCustomerStatementTemplate.

You can preview the statement by clicking on the Statement pdf attachment.
Click Send (>) button to send only the selected statement.
Click Send All (>>) to send all statements in the list.
Click the feedback (yellow lightbulb) to send your user feedback to stone Edge about this feature.
