Overview
- Added in version 8.019
- Allows order re-imports for missing orders or bad imports
- Bad orders should be removed before re-import
- Works with Connect 2 Cart carts and most XML carts
- Does not work with template imports
- Orders imported will not be inserted based by order number of cart, imported orders are added as most recent orders

Process
- Import My Orders -> Import My New Orders

- Click Re-import Orders button right corner

- Enter Shopping Cart Order Number
- Enter Date
- Click OK

- Wait for import to finish
- Summary of imported orders will appear
Tips
- If the Shopping Cart order number is not known, only use date
- Not entering a date or order number results in a normal import
- If an unknown number of orders need to import, use the prior date to any known orders
- If orders are not imported check existing shopping cart orders to confirm shopping cart order number is in correct format
- If a pop-up about a concurrent import appears while no imports are being done, in system parameters clear out the value for ImportWorkstation and try again
- If incorrect orders are being imported check the NewOrders folder (filepath on information screen) and confirm folder is empty
