PM How to Change a User ID's Permissions

Overview

Procedure

  1. Login to the program with an Admin User ID.
  2. Go to the Main Menu and select the drop-down arrow of the Other User Actions list box.

  1. Choose Edit Permissions.

  1. Select the User ID in the Users section of the screen.

  2. Select (allow) or clear (prevent) the individual Allowed boxes for specific permissions, such as Authorization, Sale, Full Capture, etc., or use  the All or None buttons to select or clear all boxes at once.

  3. Click Save to make the change and exit the Payment Module Permissions screen.
