Overview

This form is opened through Customer Lookup from the Unsolicited Return Processing screen and is used to match a customer record with an unsolicited return. Any customer information already associated with the unsolicited return is displayed in the fields at the top of the screen.

The default Search Method is Last Name and Postal Code, but that can be changed by selecting a different radio button. Select Search to find a list of matching customer records. If more than one customer record is found, select it from the list and then click Select.
