Overview
This form is opened through Customer
Lookup from the Unsolicited Return
Processing screen and is used to match a customer record with an
unsolicited return. Any customer information already associated with the
unsolicited return is displayed in the fields at the top of the screen.
The default Search
Method is Last Name and Postal
Code, but that can be changed by selecting a different radio button.
Select Search to
find a list of matching customer records. If more than one customer
record is found, select it from the list and then click Select.
Description of the Screen
First Name
Middle Name
- customer's middle name or initial
Last Name
Company
- customer's company name, if applicable
Email
Address
- mailing address of customer or company
Address2
- additional mailing address information, such
as Suite, PO Box, etc.
City
- city or town where the customer resides or
works
State
- state or province in which customer resides
or works
Postal Code
- Zip Code (US) or mail code information used
by other countries
Country
- country in which customer or company is located
Phone
- voice telephone number of customer or company
Search Method
- select one of the following criteria to use
when searching for customer records
Last Name and Postal Code
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Company
Search
- start the search based on the criteria specified
Cancel
- close this screen without searching
Select
- choose a customer record from the list and
select this button to associate the record with the unsolicited return
