Enter Tracking Numbers

Overview

The Tracking Numbers screen is called by the Add or Edit buttons of the Shipping>Packing/Tracking tab of the Process Orders screen.
It is used to manually enter shipment tracking information that is provided by a carrier or drop-ship vendor.
To enter a large quantity of tracking numbers into Monsoon Order Manager, it is preferable to use the Import Tracking Data screen rather than the Tracking Numbers screen.
Tracking information for orders fulfilled by a drop-ship vendor ( supplier ) can be entered via the Drop-Ship Tracking screen.

Description of the Screen

Enter Tracking Numbers screen

Carrier Field

enter the name of the shipping carrier delivering the packages

Tracking # Field

enter the tracking number supplied by the vendor or carrier for the selected package

Pickup Date Field

enter the date the packages were received by the shipping carrier

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow Buttons

select any of these shortcut buttons to enter a date in the Pickup Date field

Cost Field

enter the total shipping cost for the shipment

OK Button

when this button is selected, the program updates the selected record with the information entered at this screen

Cancel Button

select this to exit the Enter Tracking Numbers screen
