Overview

• The Report Options screen is where you can assign "friendly names" to standard Monsoon Order Manager reports by entering an Alias in the adjacent cell (standard reports are those supplied with the program).

• You also control which reports are visible in the Report Menu by selecting or clearing the corresponding Hide check box in the row of the affected report. When the screen opens, use the horizontal scroll bar to see the Hide column.

• To change the Report Options, go to:  

Main Menu>Settings>Report Functions>Set Report Options

Description of the Report Options Screen

Regular Name Column

• contains the names of all of the Standard Reports supplied with the program

Alias Column

• initially contains the same value found in the Regular Name column
• over-type the existing value with a "friendly" name of your choice

Hide Column

• select this box in the row of a report that should not appear in the Report Menu
