The Purchase Order Invoices screen is where supplier's invoice information is recorded for purchase orders placed through Monsoon Order Manager .
Invoice information can later be exported to QuickBooks as bills to be paid.
An invoice can cover all or part of one or more purchase orders, of the standard (regular) or drop-ship variety.
The Purchase Order Invoices screen is accessed by:
Main Menu>Manage My Inventory>Manage My Purchase Orders>Invoices> Enter Invoices for Purchase Orders
