List Maintenance

Overview

Many areas of the program utilize combo boxes or drop down lists from which the user makes a selection. Most of those drop-downs or lists are populated with data provided by the user.

The List Maintenance feature is the mechanism used to create and edit those lists.

To access the List Maintenance screen, go to Main Menu>Settings>Data Functions>List Maintenance.

Description of the screen

Select List  

• displays various lists used by Monsoon Order Manager which contain customer-defined data

List Entries

• displays the current entries of the selected list

Remove

• used to delete the selected entry from a list

Save

• this appears when a list is selected
• puts the changes into effect
