OMS supports international shipping via the United States Postal Service using Endicia’s DAZzle program. The Customs Information for International Shipments tab on the Print DAZzle Label screen duplicates DAZzle’s international shipping functionality for USPS.
Before attempting to print international shipping labels, make sure that all of the international USPS shipping methods to be used are configured in OMS . Refer to the Store Setup Wizard - Shipping section for more information about configuring shipping methods.
Be sure to use the correct DAZzle layout files for shipments outside of the US:
Make sure that the Country of Origin field is filled in on product inventory records. Use the two-letter country code, do not spell out the entire name of the country. Review the Knowledge Base topic, Inventory, for more information about entering Country of Origin information.
Shipping labels for international shipments can be printed through DAZzle at the Shipping / Tracking tab of the Process Orders, Pack & Ship, or DAZzle Batch Review screen via the Print Shipping Label button, or from the Print DAZzle Label button of the QuickShip screen.
For information about international shipping methods, customs declaration forms and more please go to Endicia.com or contact the United States Postal Service.
For help printing international labels and customs forms in DAZzle, go to Endicia.com, click on Support and look at the International Mail category of the FAQ section.
