Monsoon Order Manager populates the Option fields of an order record based on the sequence in which it receives attribute data from the shopping cart. There is no correlation between the option or attribute "number" at the shopping cart and the Option (1-10) field numbers in which the product's attribute information is placed in the Monsoon Order Manager order record.
By default, product option information is located in fields Option1 - Option 10. However, it is also possible to configure the program to create a separate line item for each attribute/option that applies to a product by setting system parameter OptionDestination equal to Line Items (imported orders).
