Overview

The Marketplace screen is where you specify order processing preferences for orders imported through cart integrations which provide marketplace information for orders, such as Monsoon Pro.
This functionality begins in Version 7.025 7.501.

Description of the Screen

Add New

select this to enter information about a new marketplace

Edit

select this to make changes to an existing marketplace definition

Delete

select a marketplace from the list and select this button to remove it from the program

Marketplace Name

if you know the name of the marketplace as defined by your sales channel, enter it here
if you do not know the name of the marketplace, the program automatically adds the marketplace name when orders are imported from the sales channel

Payment Method

select a payment method to assign to the orders from this marketplace
you may want to define a payment method specifically for each marketplace, perhaps using the name of the marketplace as the name of the payment method

Suppress Email

select this to prevent SEOM from sending order confirmation or tracking emails, etc. to the customer (default)
clear this if SEOM should send email notifications to the customer

Assume Imported Orders are Paid In Full

this is selected by default (as most marketplaces collect payment for the order at their site so there is no need to process payments in SEOM) and the order is marked as paid in full
if this is cleared, SEOM thinks the orders have a balance due when they are imported
