How to Install the Subscription Manager

Overview

The Subscription Manager is a licensed add-on for SEOM, which provides support for recurring "subscriptions" for the same or different product, at regular shipment intervals or on specific dates.
Subscription Manager also supports:
1. - Open-ended subscriptions
  - Invoicing per shipment or subscription term
  - Alternative billing and shipping addresses for a specified time period
  - Placing a subscription on hold
  - Shipping the same item or items per shipment, e.g. vitamins
  - Selecting the item at the time of shipment, e.g. a wine of the month club
  - Shipping items based on an ordered list, e.g. music collections
Contact the Sales department at 484-927-4804 for more information or to purchase a license.

Go to the Monsoon Commerce download gateway and log in with the User ID and password supplied in the order confirmation email when you purchased the Subscription Manager.

Enter the User Name and Password provided in the email. Click Continue to access the download gateway.

Note: Both fields are case sensitive. Enter the user name and password exactly as they appear in the email.

Download the Subscription Manager software for the installed version of SEOM. Save it in a location that is backed up on a regular basis and preferably sent off-site for safe-keeping.
Right-click and select Extract All. It's fine to extract all of the files to the same folder.
Click Extract.
Copy the file SESubMan2002.mdb to the SEOM installation folder (c:\stoneedge is the default location)
Launch SEOM, if it is not already started, and set system parameter UseSubscriptionManager to TRUE.
Exit SEOM and re-open the program.
The Subscriptions button is now visible on the Main Menu.
