Overview

• This selection initially opens the Search for Customer (Customer Filter) screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form object or graphical user interface (GUI) before launching the Manual Orders screen.

• Enter search criteria in one or more of the fields and click Begin Search.

• Select to "left-click" the mouse on an object, usually a row in a table, in the context of Monsoon OMS documentation the appropriate customer record from the results list and click OK.

• The Manual Orders screen then opens with the customer information populated in the appropriate fields.
