Overview

• This screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form object or graphical user interface (GUI) is opened from several places in the program where shipping address information can be changed.

• Over-type the data in any of the fields on this screen.

• Click OK to save the changes or Cancel to abandon the changes.

Description of the Edit 'Ship To' Address Screen

Name Field

• the recipient's name

Company Field

• the recipient's company if applicable

Address Field

• the destination address
• two lines are provided

City  Field

• the destination city

State  Field

• the destination state or province

ZipCode  Field

• the destination Zip or Postal Code

Country Field

• the destination country

Phone Field

• the recipient's phone number

Email Field

• the recipient's email address

OK Button

• click this button to save the changes made to any field on this screen

Cancel Button

• click this button to leave this screen without saving any changes made here
