Overview
The caption of the Setup
Guide User screen changes from "Add" User to "Edit"
User depending on the button that opens it, Add
or Edit.
Description of the screen
Initials
- enter the user's initials when creating a
new ID
- when editing the User, changing the initials
creates a new User ID, it does not change the selected record
- to change someone's User ID, delete the existing
record and create a new one
Name
- enter or change the full name of the new or
existing user
OK
- creates the User ID when values are present
in the Initials and
Name fields
Cancel
- abandon the creation of a new user, or changes
to an existing user, and close the screen
