Yes, it is possible to change the shipping method on the Pack & Ship screen. The amount charged to the customer will not be changed, however. Use the Sales Summary with Shipping Cost report in the Monsoon Order Manager to see differences between the amounts charged to the customer versus the amount you paid to the carrier.

Endicia DAZzle, ShipRush for FedEx, ShipRush for UPS are integrated shipping label solutionsFM contacts the carrier's application, gets the label, postage and tracking information and prints the shipping label. .  UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and any other program which supports ODBC should also be able to function with the program, however, shipping labels are printed through those applications and the tracking and cost information is sent back to Monsoon OMS.

No, at this time the applications must be on separate workstations.

If you only have one warehouse, you can install Monsoon Order Manager and Monsoon Fulfillment Manager on separate workstations at the single location.
