Troubleshooting Integration with ShopSite

If you encounter difficulty importing orders from your ShopSite store, check the version of ShopSite in the system parameters.

 

If the Order Manager does not properly apply gift certificates to orders, see the Gift Certificates section below.

 

If you are not sure what version of ShopSite you have, go to your ShopSite "back office". The first screen displays the version number near the bottom of the screen.

 

  1. To open the system parameters dialog box, go to the Main Menu>Maintenance Menu>Maintenance tab and click on the Set System Parameters button. Or, click on System Parameters from the Quick Clicks menu.

 

 

  1. Click on the ShopSite group.

  2. Click on the ShopSiteVersion parameter.

  3. Verify that the correct version is selected.

  4. If not, select from versions 4.1 through 7.0 and click Save.

  5. Click Close to exit the Set System Parameters dialog box.

 

Note: The Order Manager - ShopSite integration for ShopSite versions 6.1 and below requires a text file order import. The Order Manager - ShopSite integration for ShopSite versions 6.3 through 7.0 supports importing orders via the Internet but you must use the Pro version of ShopSite.

 

 

Gift Certificates

 

03/21/2006 - If the Order Manager does not properly apply gift certificates to orders, make sure you have installed the latest version of the Order Manager (4.306 Beta). You may also install ShopSite version 8.1 when it becomes available to correct the problem. For further assistance, contact Stone Edge Technologies Tech Support.
