About the Miva Merchant Export Module

To integrate a Miva Merchant store site with the Order Manager, the user must download the Miva Export Module (script) from Stone Edge Technologies Download Gateway and install it on their store site. The module enables the secure transfer of order data from your shopping cart to the Order Manager via an internet connection. It also facilitates downloading your customers and products from your shopping cart when you set up the Order Manager for the first time.

The Order Manager's Miva Merchant Export Module (or export script) supports

Downloading customers
Downloading inventory with attributes and options
Tracking inventory at the product and attribute levels
Downloading orders
Matching new orders to existing customers
Gift certificates and store credits as payment methods
Coupons and discounts
Sending order status information from the Order Manager to Miva with Viking Coders Order Status Manager module for MM4 and MM5
Viking Coders Inventory Manager for MM4 and MM5 (also support use with multiple stores in MM4 and MM5)
Nerd Boy Inc. Order_IP module for MM4 (allows the return of the customer IP address for use with MaxMind) - not yet available for MM5

Note: Stone Edge Technologies, Inc. also provides our own modules to obtain customer IP information from Miva4 and Miva5 stores at our download gateway.

Notes

The Order Manager supports a maximum of ten additional checkout fields (custom order fields). If you modified your additional checkout data module to collect more than ten fields of data, contact Stone Edge Technologies, Inc. to make necessary revisions to your copy of the Order Manager.
Viking Coders Special Instructions Module supports five fields of data only.
