Product cost and price information can be imported via this screen as well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">Data can be imported from:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>A tab or comma-delimited text file.<\/li>\n<li>A table in a Microsoft Access database.<\/li>\n<li>Any other format (e.g. an Excel spreadsheet or FoxPro table) that can link to an Access database. For information on linking data in external tables to Access, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/manage-linked-tables-1d9346d6-953d-4f85-a9ce-4caec2262797\">MS Access documentation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">When importing data from a text file, if the data contains commas, the file should be saved as a tab-delimited file, not a CSV.<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">Quotes should not be present in text files, regardless of whether it is a CSV or tab-delimited file, or you will encounter errors.<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">To access this screen go to one of the following areas:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Main Menu &gt;
