in the name<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">this value is only used internally by\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">OMS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cart Type Field<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">the fields required by the shopping cart system become enabled when a selection is made from this list<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">if the user is licensed to use more than one shopping cart system with\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">OMS\u00a0<\/span>, the\u00a0Cart Type\u00a0field is a drop-down list containing the names of all of the shopping carts for which the user is licensed<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">if the user is only licensed for a single shopping cart system, this field simply contains the name of the licensed shopping cart<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">when additional shopping cart licenses are purchased, the user must update their license file before the new shopping cart system appears in the drop-down list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cart ID\/User Name Field<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">depending on the particular shopping cart system, enter the\u00a0<strong>Cart ID\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<strong>UserName<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">in many cases, it is the same\u00a0<strong>User Name<\/strong>\u00a0used to login to the administrative area, or &#8220;back-end&#8221; of the web site; refer to the specific\u00a0<i>Knowledge Base<\/i>\u00a0article for the particular shopping cart for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reenter Password Field<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">enter the same value previously entered in the\u00a0<strong>Cart Password<\/strong>\u00a0field<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">the program compares them to make sure they are identical and prompts the user to re-enter them if they are not the same<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Group and Store ID\/Store Code Field<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">the label of this field changes base on the shopping cart type<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">enter the appropriate value for shopping cart (Web store)<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">this field is not required by all shopping cart systems; \u00a0refer to the\u00a0<i>Developer&#8217;s Guide<\/i>\u00a0for programming specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Synchronize Inventory Check Box<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">when global system parameter\u00a0<strong>SynchQOH\u00a0<\/strong>is set to <strong>TRUE<\/strong>, this field is visible at the\u00a0<i>Shopping Carts<\/i>\u00a0screen<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">if the shopping cart system supports this feature, the check box will be active (not grayed out)<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">if checked, the program attempts to synchronize inventory counts between\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">OMS\u00a0<\/span>and the Web site; refer to the\u00a0<i>Knowledge Base<\/i>\u00a0topic,\u00a0<i>Inventory Synchronization,<\/i>\u00a0for more details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Website uses Payment Encryption Check Box<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">if the Web store (shopping cart) encrypts payment data, check this box and enter the\u00a0<strong>Decryption Key<\/strong>\u00a0in the next two fields<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">this is only used by a few shopping carts, such as Miva Merchant; refer to the specific\u00a0<i>Knowledge Base<\/i>\u00a0page for a particular shopping cart for details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Decryption Key Field<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">if a particular shopping cart supports the encryption of \u00a0payment data, enter the value, or key used to encrypt the data in this field; the program asks the user to enter the same value in the\u00a0Reenter Key\u00a0field and verifies they match<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\"><u>it is important not to switch decryption keys indiscriminately,<\/u>\u00a0as data from older orders that were previously encrypted with a different key will no longer be readable in\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">OMS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reenter Key Field<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">re-enter the value that was typed into the\u00a0Decryption Key\u00a0field;
