can use partial SKUs (not case sensitive)<\/li>\n<li>Name -&gt; can use partial names (not case sensitive)<\/li>\n<li>Supplier -&gt; from existing suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Category -&gt; from existing categories<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Radio Buttons&#8221; (choose one option from each row)\n<ol>\n<li>In Stock vs. Out of Stock vs. All<\/li>\n<li>Current vs. Discontinued vs. All<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The products that satisfy the filters will populate in the list below as information is entered into the filters.<\/li>\n<li>Click on a product to see basic product information.<\/li>\n<li>Once a product is highlighted, it is possible to use the &#8220;Adjust QOH&#8221; button to the top-right of the list.<\/li>\n<li>After the list is filtered as\u00a0 needed, click &#8220;Edit These Items&#8221; to go back to the &#8220;Multi-record &amp; Price Editor.&#8221;\n<ol>\n<li>If you made a mistake when filtering, click &#8220;Clear Filter&#8221; to remove all products from the list.<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> This does not reset any radio buttons choices<\/li>\n<li>Double-clicking an item in the list does the same thing as the &#8220;Edit These Items&#8221; button in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n<li>The data in the table will show blank cells for you to enter the new product.<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> Before entering the new product information, choose the fields to show in the table.<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> Start under the &#8220;Standard Fields&#8221; category for choosing fields.<\/li>\n<li>Required Fields (Only the SKU is required, but you may get errors without the following fields):\n<ol>\n<li>Local SKU<\/li>\n<li>Item Name<\/li>\n<li>Primary Supplier (Supplier Info)<\/li>\n<li>Cost (If parameter TrackInventoryFIFO = True; found under Supplier Info)<\/li>\n<li>Pricing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Other Useful Fields:\n<ol>\n<li>QOH<\/li>\n<li>Category<\/li>\n<li>Taxable<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once you go to a new row, the previous row&#8217;s information will be saved as a new item.<br \/>\n<strong><strong><strong>NOTE: Clicking out of the row while creating a new item will cause the record to be created.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click X when finished.<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> Filling out partial information in a row may cause errors or create an incomplete item.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Editing Prices Of Records<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Use the filter button in the top-right to view specific product groups if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a method to change the price (by a flat dollar amount or percentage)\n<ul>\n<li>Increase -&gt; old price + the increase amount<\/li>\n<li>Decrease- &gt; old price &#8211; the decrease amount<\/li>\n<li>Markup -&gt; cost + amount<\/li>\n<li>Set -&gt; new amount (only measured in dollar amount or price \u00b1 percentage or dollar amount)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Test&#8221; kit SKU (cannot be changed)<\/li>\n<li>PartSKU# (1 \u2013 10) -&gt; the SKU of 1 item in the kit<\/li>\n<li>PartQty# (1 \u2013 10) -&gt; how many of the item is in the kit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change PartSkU using the dropdown or by typing in the new SKU<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> If you enter an SKU that does not exist, it will cause an error.<\/li>\n<li>Change Part Qty to any numeric value.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Save&#8221; to keep the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Tips and Tricks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It is possible to use the filters to find 1 product to edit.\n<ul>\n<li>It is easier to edit the item individually on the view inventory screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Entering New Products using the Multi-Record &amp; Price Editor is best used when entering multiple SKUs\n<ul>\n<li>It is easier to use &#8220;Add&#8221; from the view inventory screen for only a few new products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;Clear All&#8221; button in the top-right (Multi-record editor) allows you to remove all fields selected except the SKU.<\/li>\n<li>Clicking the dropdown to the right of each column header allows you to sort the products in increasing and decreasing order dependent on the field type.<\/li>\n<li>To see any changes, the &#8220;View Inventory&#8221;
