  1. Choose a list from Select List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Depending upon the list that is selected, one or more input fields become visible below the List Entries<\/strong> section of the screen.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the new data in the input field or fields.<\/li>\n
  4. When finished, click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. The entry appears in the\u00a0List Entries<\/strong>\u00a0section of the screen.<\/li>\n
  6. To add more entries to the same list, repeat steps 3-4 as often as necessary to complete the list by simply over-typing the data in the input fields with the new values.<\/li>\n
  7. To update another list, repeat steps 1-6.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For example, the new payment term of\u00a0Net 90<\/strong>\u00a0is being added. When\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/strong>is clicked,\u00a0Net 90\u00a0<\/strong>appears in the\u00a0List Entries<\/strong>\u00a0section under the\u00a0Net 30<\/strong>\u00a0entry.<\/p>\n
