{"id":50,"date":"2019-04-01T17:45:24","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T17:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stoneedge.com\/kb\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=50"},"modified":"2023-04-04T13:34:52","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T13:34:52","slug":"deleting-bad-company-names","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/stoneedge.com\/kb\/articles\/deleting-bad-company-names\/","title":{"rendered":"Deleting Bad Company Names"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>If you use a shipper that charges different rates for residential and commercial deliveries, you may want to check for &#8220;bad&#8221; or &#8220;invalid&#8221; company names, such as Self, Home, N\/A or None, on imported orders so you do not incur unnecessary expenses.<\/li>\r\n<li>Use the\u00a0<em>List Maintenance<\/em> feature to build a list of company names for the program to look for and delete as orders are imported from your shopping cart.<\/li>\r\n<li>Both the Ship To and Bill To company name fields are checked.
