If this is the case, you will see values in both the <strong>Qty<\/strong> and <strong>Shipped<\/strong> fields on the <strong>Process Orders<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not want to show that an item is shipped until you ship it via your shipping software or a drop-shipper, configure\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">SEOM<\/span>\u00a0to automatically set the actual ship date after you import tracking numbers instead of setting the actual ship date upon importing orders.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p\">Go to\u00a0<strong>Main Menu &gt; Settings &gt; System Functions &gt;\u00a0Store Setup Wizard &gt; Shipping &gt; Page 4<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p\">Select the check box labeled <strong>Set Actual Ship Date<\/strong> after importing tracking numbers.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p\">Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong> and <strong>Exit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview SEOM can be configured to set the actual ship date of an item or order to the current date plus any number of days automatically upon importing orders.
