Issue Store Credit<\/h3>\n

  1. Click on the\u00a0Recall Order<\/strong>\u00a0button or press F4<\/strong> on your keyboard.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the appropriate order record.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the\u00a0Return Items<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the items the customer wishes to return.<\/li>\n
  5. Under\u00a0How to Issue Credit for Return<\/strong>, select\u00a0Issue Store Credit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0Process<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Redeem Store Credit<\/h3>\n

    1. Add items to the transaction.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the\u00a0Cust. Lookup<\/strong>\u00a0tab or press F5<\/strong> on your keyboard.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the record of the customer who is applying their store credit to the transaction.<\/li>\n
    4. On the\u00a0Keypad\u00a0tab, click on\u00a0Store Credit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Select the\u00a0Pay\u00a0<\/strong>check box for each store credit the customer wishes to apply to the current transaction. In this example, the customer only has store credit from one previous transaction.<\/li>\n

      3. The new balance due is displayed in the POS and Sale Information section of the screen.<\/li>\n
      4. Enter additional forms of payment if necessary.<\/li>\n
