{"id":4302,"date":"2026-09-29T20:59:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-29T20:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stoneedge.com\/kb\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4302"},"modified":"2026-10-09T15:43:55","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T15:43:55","slug":"quotes","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/stoneedge.com\/kb\/articles\/quotes\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Overview<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"CopyofBulletedList\">Stone Edge can create a quote, or estimate, when a customer is requesting information about a product, but is not yet prepared to order and pay for it.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CopyofBulletedList\">Quotes can be duplicated, modified, printed and emailed; when the customer is ready to commit, the program can turn a quote into an order.<\/li>\n<li>Quotes do not allocate inventory unless they are turned into an order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Parameters<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>QuoteBCCAddress -&gt; Email address to send copies of quotes to.<\/li>\n<li>QuoteEmailTemplate -&gt; Default email template.<\/li>\n<li>QuotePDFTemplate -&gt; Name of report to use for emailing Quotes as PDFs.<\/li>\n<li>QuoteTemplate -&gt; Default template for printed quotes.<\/li>\n<li>QuoteIDLabel -&gt; Label for quote ID field on quote reports.<\/li>\n<li>QuoteLabel -&gt; Large text label for top of quote reports.<\/li>\n<li>QuoteNumberLabel -&gt; Label for quote number field on quote reports.<\/li>\n<li>QuoteLastCopyMessage -&gt; Prints near the top of the last copy of each quote if more than one copy is printed.
