  • SEOM\u00a0can use a product\u2019s attributes (options) to build sub-SKUs for the purpose of tracking inventory at the \u201coption\u201d level.<\/li>\n
  • It is possible to save time entering option lists for inventory records by using the\u00a0Copy Option Lists<\/i>\u00a0screen\u00a0to copy the option lists from one inventory record to another inventory record.<\/li>\n
  • Once option lists have been created for a product, sub-SKUs can be built.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Copy All Option Lists from Another SKU<\/h2>\n

    The list of inventory records can be sorted by SKU or Name by selecting one of the radio buttons in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.<\/p>\n

    The list can also be filtered by selecting the # button or one of the lettered buttons to see only those records that begin with a number or a specific letter.<\/p>\n

    1. Go to\u00a0Main Menu>Accordion>Manage My Inventory>View & Manage My Inventory>Attributes & Options tab<\/i><\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Navigate to the inventory record to which options lists will be copied.<\/li>\n
    3. In the Accordion on the left side of the screen, select\u00a0[Copy Options from Another SKU<\/i><\/strong>]\u00a0which opens the\u00a0Copy Option Lists<\/i>\u00a0screen.<\/i><\/li>\n
    4. Choose the\u00a0[Select Another SKU<\/strong>]\u00a0radio button and select a SKU whose option lists will be copied from the list of inventory records in the center of the screen.<\/li>\n
    5. Next, choose the\u00a0[Copy all of this SKU\u2019s Option Lists<\/strong>]\u00a0radio button.<\/li>\n
    6. Click the\u00a0[Copy Lists<\/strong>]\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
    7. The program prompts for confirmation before making the changes. Click\u00a0[OK<\/strong>]\u00a0to proceed or\u00a0[Cancel<\/strong>]\u00a0to abandon the change.<\/li>\n
    8. Click the\u00a0[Close<\/strong>]\u00a0button to exit the\u00a0Copy Option Lists<\/i>\u00a0screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Copy Some Option Lists from Another SKU<\/h2>\n

        Copy All Option Lists of the Last SKU Copied<\/h2>\n

        1. Once the option list(s) of an inventory record are copied, its SKU and\u00a0Name<\/strong>\u00a0are populated in the\u00a0SKU\u00a0and\u00a0Name\u00a0fields next to the\u00a0Use Last SKU Copied\u00a0<\/strong>radio button.<\/li>\n
        2. To copy option lists of this same SKU to another inventory record, navigate to the target inventory record and open the\u00a0Copy Option Lists<\/i>\u00a0screen again.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the\u00a0[Use Last SKU Copied<\/strong>]\u00a0radio button.<\/li>\n
        4. Click the\u00a0[Copy Lists<\/strong>]\u00a0button to copy\u00a0all<\/u>\u00a0of the option lists of the inventory record identified in the SKU and Name fields to the target inventory record.<\/li>\n
        5. The program prompts for confirmation before making the changes.<\/li>\n
        6. Click\u00a0[OK<\/strong>]\u00a0to proceed with the changes or\u00a0[Cancel<\/strong>]\u00a0\u00a0to abandon the changes.<\/li>\n
