you can create an order import template to import order information.<\/li>\n<li>Supports formats:\n<ul>\n<li>Comma-separated value OR tab-delimited text file<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> You cannot import a .csv file.<\/li>\n<li>Access database OR linked table from another application (.mdb file)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You can create as many order import templates as you need.<\/li>\n<li>The same template can be used for different generic shopping carts if the data is received in the same format.<\/li>\n<li>When a template is saved -&gt;, records:\n<ul>\n<li>Full path<\/li>\n<li>File name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Each time you import orders from a specific template, SEOM looks for the same file name in the exact location.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> When importing using the same template, -&gt; new file will need to be named the same as the old file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Once imported, -&gt; template file will be deleted\n<ul>\n<li>Useful to save copies of imported files in separate locations for reference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<h3>Required Fields<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Web Order #<\/strong> -&gt; unique order number assigned by the shopping cart\n<ul>\n<li>If there is more than one line item for an order, -&gt; must all have the same Web Order #<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order Date<\/strong> -&gt; Date order placed\n<ul>\n<li>It must be in a format that MS Access recognizes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>SKU<\/strong> -&gt; cart\u2019s unique item or part number\n<ul>\n<li>It should match an SKU in SEOM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quantity Ordered<\/strong> -&gt; number of units of a given line item<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unit Price<\/strong> -&gt; the sale price per item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>For Text Files\n<ul>\n<li>There can be no BLANK rows anywhere in the text file.<\/li>\n<li>If the data fields contain commas -&gt; file must be saved as a tab-delimited file.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use quotes in any text files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>General\n<ul>\n<li>The first row may contain field names.\n<ul>\n<li>Field names should only include letters, numerals, and spaces.<\/li>\n<li>No periods or other punctuation symbols.<\/li>\n<li>If the first row contains field names and you select that option in the template setup, SEOM attempts to match them up with its fields wherever it can.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>There must only be one line item per row in the text file.\n<ul>\n<li>If an order has more than one line item, -&gt;
