email:\n<ol>\n<li>Order Manager -&gt; Default; managed within Stone Edge<\/li>\n<li>External Stack Controller -&gt; Managed outside of Stone Edge<\/li>\n<li>Default Email Program -&gt; Uses default Windows email program<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Outlook -&gt; Can be used with Microsoft email\n<ol>\n<li>Typically requires Outlook to be open<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Email Settings\n<ol>\n<li>From Address -&gt; email address the email will be sent from (part of email header)<\/li>\n<li>From Name -&gt; name\/alias connected to from email address (part of email header)<\/li>\n<li>BCC Address -&gt; optional email address to send a BCC copy of all emails (customer will not see this)<\/li>\n<li>Email Signature -&gt; optional message at the end of the email (part of the email body)<br \/>\nNOTE: Only applicable when <u>not<\/u> using the email template<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>SMTP Settings\n<ol>\n<li>Server -&gt; A URL to connect to your email\u2019s SMTP service<br \/>\n(Example: smtp.office365.com)<\/li>\n<li>Server Port -&gt; A number provided by your email service (Examples: 25, 465, or 587)<\/li>\n<li>Username -&gt; Can be the \u201cfrom address\u201d or specified by your email service<\/li>\n<li>Password\n<ol>\n<li>If you\u2019re using the \u201cfrom address,\u201d use the password to access your email<\/li>\n<li>Otherwise, it will be provided by the email service<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use encrypted connection -&gt; Enable (most modern email services require this setting)<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cSave and Exit\u201d to save<\/li>\n<li>Reopen the Store Setup Wizard and navigate back to the Email tab<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cTest Email Settings.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Email will try to send to the email designated as \u201cFrom
