Its platform (including Connect.ShipGlobal) supports marketplace sellers and brands with rate shopping, pickups, and visibility, and it provides guidance for customs\/import regulations with options like DDP\/DDU to simplify international delivery.<\/p>\n<p>ShipGlobal is now available as a carrier within the Stone Edge Order Manager. You can rate shop and print a ShipGlobal shipping label the same way you would with any other carrier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important difference<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter you print a ShipGlobal label, place that parcel into a separate outer box for consolidation and then print a forwarding label to ShipGlobal using the <strong>Print a Label without an Order<\/strong> form (also known as <strong>\u201cShip It Without an Order\u201d<\/strong>) from the <strong>Ship My Orders<\/strong> screen. You may use <strong>USPS, UPS, or FedEx<\/strong> as the forwarding carrier to send consolidated parcels to ShipGlobal.<\/p>\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A shipping API key provided by Stone Edge. If you are not currently using our internal integration for shipping, please fill out the request form at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stoneedge.com\/ship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stoneedge.com\/ship<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Enable &amp; Map Services<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Main Menu \u2192 Settings \u2192 Shipping Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Shipping Services<\/strong>. This will refresh your services.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>ShipGlobal<\/strong> They are named with a <strong>Region<\/strong> followed by <strong>Ecommerce<\/strong> (for example, <strong>Canada Ecommerce<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Rate Shopping &amp; Mapping<\/strong>, ensure <strong>ShipGlobal<\/strong> services are available and mapped to your published shipping methods as desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Keep your ShipGlobal services distinct (e.g., international vs.\u00a0domestic, service speeds) so they\u2019re easy to select during rate shopping.<\/p>\n<h2>Configure ShipGlobal As A Carrier<\/h2>\n<p>If you use the <strong>Tracking Options<\/strong> feature to power the <strong>Track<\/strong> button, configure <strong>ShipGlobal<\/strong> as follows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Path:<\/strong> <strong>Main Menu \u2192 Settings \u2192 Shipping Setup \u2192 Shipping Settings \u2192 Tracking Options<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Add<\/strong> (or edit an existing row).<\/li>\n<li>Enter:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipper:<\/strong> ShipGlobal<\/li>\n<li><strong>ShipperCode:<\/strong> SG<\/li>\n<li><strong>Track button prefix:<\/strong> https:\/\/www.shipglobal.us\/tracking?waybill=<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When you click the <strong>Track<\/strong> button for a ShipGlobal shipment, Stone Edge appends the tracking number to the prefix above.<\/p>\n<h2>Enable &amp; Configure ShipGlobal in Connect2Cart<\/h2>\n<p>Set up the ShipGlobal channel and required options in <strong>Connect2Cart<\/strong>. These settings affect <strong>rate shopping<\/strong> and the <strong>ship date<\/strong> that Stone Edge returns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Path:<\/strong> Log in to <strong>Connect2Cart<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Channels<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Incoming Channels<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Add Channel<\/strong> \u2192 select <strong>ShipGlobal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Enter a Channel Name<\/strong> \u2014 how the channel will appear in your Connect2Cart list.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the following options:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Added Shipping Days (optional)<\/strong> \u2014 enter the average <strong>days from your location to New York State<\/strong>. Stone Edge adds these days to the delivery estimate to account for the forwarding leg to ShipGlobal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping Cost to ShipGlobal (optional)<\/strong> \u2014 enter the <strong>estimated cost<\/strong> to send your consolidated outer box from your warehouse to ShipGlobal (via USPS\/UPS\/FedEx). This can be used in <strong>rate comparisons<\/strong> for true landed cost when selecting ShipGlobal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery Days Option<\/strong> \u2014 choose how to interpret ShipGlobal\u2019s <strong>delivery\u2011day range<\/strong> for calculating the Stone Edge <strong>ship date<\/strong> during rate shopping:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Min (default)<\/strong> \u2014 use the <strong>minimum<\/strong> of the range (fastest; system default).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Max<\/strong> \u2014 use the <strong>maximum<\/strong> of the range (most conservative).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Average<\/strong> \u2014 use the <strong>midpoint\/average<\/strong> of the range.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> and confirm the channel shows as <strong>Enabled\/Connected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> After changing Connect2Cart settings, allow a short interval for synchronization, then re\u2011open <strong>Ship My Orders<\/strong> and click <strong>Rate<\/strong> again to see updated results.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping with ShipGlobal (Standard Workflow)<\/h2>\n<p>NOTE: Use this process for any order you intend to hand off to ShipGlobal.<\/p>\n<h3>Rate Shop &amp; Print the ShipGlobal Label<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Main Menu \u2192 Ship My Orders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Load the order (<strong>Search View<\/strong> or <strong>List View<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Enter <strong>weight<\/strong>, <strong>dimensions<\/strong>, and select a <strong>box<\/strong> if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Rate<\/strong> (or the magnifying glass) to rate shop.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>ShipGlobal<\/strong> The name of the ShipGlobal method will be formatted to include the <strong>Region<\/strong> followed by <strong>Ecommerce<\/strong> (for example, <strong>Canada Ecommerce<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Print<\/strong> to generate the ShipGlobal parcel label.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The printed ShipGlobal label is applied to the <strong>inner parcel<\/strong> that ultimately reaches the end customer.<\/p>\n<h3>Pack ShipGlobal Parcels Separately<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>For operational clarity, <strong>set ShipGlobal parcels aside<\/strong> as they\u2019re completed.<\/li>\n<li>Place each inner, labeled ShipGlobal parcel into a <strong>separate outer box<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You may <strong>consolidate multiple inner ShipGlobal parcels<\/strong> into one outer box.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not<\/strong> remove or cover the ShipGlobal label on the inner parcel(s). That label is scanned at the ShipGlobal facility and used for the last\u2011mile journey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Create the Forwarding Label (Print a Label without an Order)<\/h3>\n<p>Use the <strong>outer box<\/strong> weight and dimensions for this label\u2014the carrier will be <strong>USPS, UPS, or FedEx<\/strong>, and the <strong>Ship To<\/strong> address is the ShipGlobal facility designated for Stone Edge.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From <strong>Ship My Orders<\/strong>, open <strong>Print a Label without an Order<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>Printer<\/strong> icon in the upper\u2011right, or select <strong>No Order<\/strong> on the left panel (depending on your screen layout).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ship To:<\/strong> Enter the <strong>ShipGlobal receiving address<\/strong> (provided by Stone Edge).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipment Information:<\/strong> Enter the <strong>outer box<\/strong> weight and dimensions, then select the forwarding <strong>Service<\/strong> (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rate Shop<\/strong> to compare forwarding options and choose the least expensive service that meets your timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Print<\/strong> to generate the <strong>forwarding label<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Affix the forwarding label to the <strong>outer box<\/strong>. Ensure the inner ShipGlobal labels remain intact and readable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Tracking &amp; Status<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Forwarding (outer box):<\/strong> Track in the carrier\u2019s portal (<strong>USPS<\/strong>, <strong>UPS<\/strong>, or <strong>FedEx<\/strong>). You can also record the forwarding tracking number in your internal notes or use <strong>Previous Shipments<\/strong> to reference labels printed without an order (<strong>Order ID = 0<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>ShipGlobal (inner parcel):<\/strong> Track using the <strong>ShipGlobal tracking number<\/strong> printed on the ShipGlobal label. This is the tracking the customer ultimately cares about.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Returns<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently not supported<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>FAQs<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Can I mix ShipGlobal parcels with my normal carrier pickups?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes. Print the ShipGlobal label for the inner parcel, then use the <strong>Print a Label without an Order<\/strong> form to create a forwarding label via <strong>USPS<\/strong>, <strong>UPS<\/strong>, or <strong>FedEx<\/strong> for the outer box. Hand the outer box to the forwarding carrier as part of your regular pickups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I need special packing for the outer box?<\/strong><br \/>\nUse sturdy cartons sized for consolidation and include enough dunnage to prevent movement.
