Add a Payment Method<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to one of the following program locations:\n
      \n
    1. Main Menu -> Settings -> Data Functions -> Payment Methods<\/li>\n
    2. Main Menu -> Settings -> System Functions -> Store Setup Wizard -> Payment\/Credit Cards -> Page 2 -> Add\/Edit Payment Methods<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Click\u00a0Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Enter a unique name in the\u00a0Please enter a name for the new\u00a0Payment Method\u00a0<\/strong>dialog box. The name must exactly match the payment method name sent by your shopping cart.<\/li>\n
      3. Click\u00a0OK\u00a0<\/strong>to have it appear in\u00a0Existing Payment Methods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. If the payment method is\u00a0NOT<\/strong>\u00a0a credit card, the process is completed. Skip to step 7.<\/li>\n
      5. If the new payment method is a credit card:\n
          \n
        1. Check the\u00a0Is a Credit Card<\/strong>\u00a0check box.
          \nNOTE: Only select the Include Start Date<\/strong> and\/or Include Issue Number<\/strong> boxes if using the UK credit cards, Switch, Delta, Solo,<\/i>\u00a0or\u00a0Electron.<\/i>\u00a0Start Date<\/strong>\u00a0is when the card was issued and\u00a0Issue Number<\/strong>\u00a0is the sequence number of each physical card issued for the same account. Check with the card issuer to determine which fields they require.<\/li>\n
        2. Add the appropriate Bank Identification Number (BINs) for the credit card. Check with the card issuer to determine the correct values. BINs are used by the payment gateways to determine the credit card type, such as\u00a0Visa<\/i>\u00a0or\u00a0MasterCard.<\/i>\n
            \n
          1. A\u00a0Single BIN<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Starting BIN<\/strong>\u00a0is usually up to the first six digits of the credit card account number.<\/li>\n
          2. Depending on the requirements of the card issuer, enter the\u00a0Ending BIN<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          3. Click\u00a0Add\u00a0<\/strong>to have the BIN, or range of BINs, appear in the\u00a0BINs\u00a0<\/strong>list box.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          4. Click\u00a0Close\u00a0<\/strong>to save the payment method and exit the\u00a0Payment Methods<\/i> screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
