are used to limit the number of orders that are displayed at the\u00a0<i>Orders<\/i>\u00a0or\u00a0<i>Multi-Order Processor<\/i>\u00a0screens, by selecting those with similar characteristics.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CopyofBulletedList\">Each Quick Filter\u00a0has its own set of criteria by which orders are selected for viewing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CopyofBulletedList\">The program is distributed with nineteen pre-defined, or standard,\u00a0<strong>Quick Filters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CopyofBulletedList\">Make a selection from the\u00a0<strong>Quick Filter<\/strong>\u00a0drop-down list at the top of the\u00a0<i>Orders<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>Multi Order Processor<\/i>\u00a0screens to change the\u00a0<strong>Quick Filter<\/strong>\u00a0that is currently applied.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CopyofBulletedList\">See system parameters\u00a0<strong>MultiOrderDefaultView\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>DefaultOrderView\u00a0<\/strong>to set the default view for the\u00a0<i>Multi-Order Processor<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>Orders<\/i>\u00a0screens, respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Description of the Standard Quick Filters<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>All Orders<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0displays every order within the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Today\u2019s Pending Orders<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0shows only orders that were imported or manually entered on the current day, which have not yet been approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>All Pending (not approved yet)<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0provides a list of all unapproved orders within the system, regardless of when they were entered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Complete, Pending Orders<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0displays all unapproved orders that are ready to be shipped to the customer; meaning that all items on the order are available (contains no backorders) and that purchase orders for any\u00a0<a id=\"HotSpot21527\"><\/a>drop-ship\u00a0items on the order have been created<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Orders on Hold<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0displays a list of orders that have an\u00a0<strong>Order State\u00a0<\/strong>of &#8220;On Hold&#8221; as seen in the lower right-hand corner of the\u00a0<i>Orders<\/i> screen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incomplete (open BO&#8217;s or drop-ships)<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; displays a list of orders that are not ready to be shipped due to open backorders or un-placed drop-ship orders<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incomplete, paid by CC or COD<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; displays a list of orders that are not ready to be shipped, but have been paid by credit card or COD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Backorders to be Filled<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0shows a list of orders in which the Quantity Needed column contains a value greater than zero; except in any line items for products that are normally drop-shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Drop-ships to be Ordered<\/strong> &#8211; displays orders containing drop-ship products that have not yet been ordered from the supplier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Drop-ships missing Date Shipped<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0produces a list of orders containing drop-ship items that do not yet have a ship date set<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Stock items to be Filled<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0lists any orders that contain at least one non-drop-shipped item for which the DateShipped field is Null, the Quantity Shipped is &gt;1, and the Quantity Needed = 0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>All orders missing Date Shipped<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0shows all orders within the system that do not yet have a ship date set<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Approved orders with no Date Shipped<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; displays all approved orders within the system that do not yet have a ship date set<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\">Orders from Last Import &#8211;\u00a0produces a list of orders that were created during the last import session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>All Orders with No Tracking #&#8217;s<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0limits the view to a group of orders which do not have at least one tracking number associated with them, regardless of their status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p\"><strong>Approved Orders with No Tracking #&#8217;s<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0limits the set of records that are displayed to those which have been approved but do not have at least one tracking number associated with them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-Externally Fulfilled Orders with no Tracking #&#8217;s\u00a0&#8211; all orders which are fulfilled outside of\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">SEOM<\/span>\u00a0that have no tracking information<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-Externally Fulfilled Approved Orders with No Tracking #&#8217;s<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Approved orders which are fulfilled outside of\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">SEOM<\/span>\u00a0that have no tracking information<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orders with Externally Fulfilled Items<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; all orders that contain line items that are fulfilled outside of\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: small;\">SEOM<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Defining Custom Quick Filters<\/h2>\n<p>Creating custom Quick Filters of your own requires some basic knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).<\/p>\n<p>Version 4.3xx and greater allows for 5 custom filters, Version 4.2xx and lower allows only 1 custom filter.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">The user must enter the &#8220;WHERE&#8221; portion of an SQL Statement without the actual text &#8220;where&#8221;. This statement should evaluate against the Orders table only.<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">The SQL Statement text is entered into the\u00a0<strong>CustomFilter#SQLA<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>CustomFilter#SQLB<\/strong>\u00a0system parameters in the\u00a0<strong>Custom<\/strong>\u00a0group, where # is a number between 1 and 5, depending on the program version as mentioned above.<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">There are two parameters for each filter because the parameter data is stored in a text field which is limited to 255 characters.\n<ul>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">If the SQL statement is less that 255 characters then only use\u00a0<strong>CustomFilter#SQLA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">If greater than 255 characters then put the first 255 in\u00a0<strong>CustomFilter#SQLA<\/strong>\u00a0and the remainder in\u00a0<strong>CustomFilter#SQLB\u00a0<\/strong>to store a maximum of 510 characters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"BulletedList\">Use the\u00a0<strong>CustomFilter#Name<\/strong>\u00a0parameter to enter the &#8220;name&#8221; of the filter (the name that will appear on the\u00a0<strong>QuickFilter\u00a0<\/strong>drop down list).
