Adding Stone Edge Module<\/h2>\n

- In the Shift4Shop<\/strong> Admin portal, look towards the left-hand side navigation bar and click on “Modules<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
- Search for “Stone Edge<\/strong>“. It may come up as Monsoon Stone Edge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Configuring Stone Edge<\/h2>\n

- In Stone Edge Order Manager, navigate to the Main Menu<\/strong> > Click the Gear<\/strong> or Settings Icon<\/strong> > Click “System Functions<\/strong>” > Click “Shopping Carts<\/strong>” to open your shopping carts > Upon opening, click “Add”<\/strong> in the top right corner. Pictured below.

<\/li>\n- Give your cart an arbitrary name in the Store Name<\/strong> field. It can be anything you’d like, but it should be unique. This value only shows internally in the Stone Edge application.<\/li>\n
- Change the Cart Type<\/strong> to “3DCart<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
- Enter the CartID\/Username<\/strong>. (These credentials are going to be the same as the credentials entered into the Stone Edge Module)<\/em><\/li>\n
- Enter the Cart Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Input the\u00a0Script URL<\/strong>, press “Test Script URL<\/b>” to validate the path to the script.
\nThis test does not validate the Username and Password credentials, merely the accessibility of the script.<\/em><\/li>\n- Click Save<\/strong> to create the shopping cart definition. Continue with the shopping cart configuration tasks below….<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

<\/p>\nImporting Products<\/h2>\n
Shift4Shop<\/strong> supports product attributes\/options.<\/p>\n
Before importing product records from the shopping cart channel, decide how product attributes are handled.<\/p>\n

- Go to\u00a0Main Menu>Settings>System Function>Shopping\u00a0Carts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Select the appropriate shopping cart definition from the list.<\/li>\n
- Click\u00a0Import & Update Data <\/strong>in the\u00a0Additional Functions<\/strong>\u00a0section of the screen.<\/li>\n
- Optional: Select\u00a0Update Matching Records <\/strong>to allow the import process to update the existing customer record with new information from the shopping\u00a0cart.<\/li>\n
- Select\u00a0Import Customers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- The program asks if it should import all Customer records from the shopping\u00a0cart.<\/li>\n
- Select\u00a0OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- When the customer import is complete,\u00a0Close <\/strong>the Shopping\u00a0Carts screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

- Shift4Shop<\/strong> allows you to create checkout questions to gather additional information from your customers as they place their orders. Go to Shift4Shop<\/strong>\u00a0online store manager>Settings>General> Checkout Questions.<\/li>\n
- To import the contents of these fields as orders are imported, you must configure custom order fields in Stone Edge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
