Check if using Status Events<\/li>\n<li>Suppress Stone Edge emails to Marketplace.<\/li>\n<li>Active -&gt; Check if the cart is currently being used to import (should be checked for new carts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the checkmark in the upper right-hand corner.<\/li>\n<li>The shopping cart is added to the list.<br \/>\n<strong>NOTE<\/strong>: numeric-alpha order numbers if multiple shopping carts exist.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Parameters<\/h2>\n<p>Relevant parameters to consider<\/p>\n<p>Main Menu -&gt; Settings (Gear Icon) -&gt; System Functions -&gt; Set System Parameters<br \/>\nNOTE: If multiple carts, choose &#8220;PC &amp; Cart Based Parameters&#8221; (top-right corner)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GenericImportMethod = XML (Connect2Cart carts default)<\/li>\n<li>GenericOrderNumberType = Numeric (Default) -&gt; Change to Text if order numbers contain letters\/symbols<\/li>\n<li>GenericQOHChangeSendAsXML = True -&gt; If tracking inventory<\/li>\n<li>GenericStatusSendXML = True<\/li>\n<li>UseGenericStatusUpdates = True<\/li>\n<li>WebTransactionType -&gt; Stone Edge Order Manager<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Inventory and Order Status Updates<\/h2>\n<p>With the Connect 2 Cart Integrations, Inventory and Order Status can be sent back to any number of web carts you have.<\/p>\n<h4>Inventory sync<\/h4>\n<p>Inventory will be sent up to adjust the displayed value so you do not oversell what you have in stock. If you have multiple sales channels, Any order that is imported will adjust the inventory levels in Stone Edge and then notify your other web cart(s) to lower their inventory to match the levels in Stone Edge. The same is for when inventory is added.
