Overview<\/h2>\n

When you print more than one copy per<\/a>invoice, the program assumes that the last copy is a “file copy” that you want to keep for future reference.\u00a0SEOM<\/span>has a parameter to control whether the credit card account number from each sale is printed on the file copy. To keep the account number from printing on the file copy, follow the directions below:<\/p>\n

Set the System Parameter<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Go to the Main Menu > Settings > System Functions > Set System Parameters.<\/li>\n
  2. The\u00a0Set System Parameters\u00a0dialog box opens.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the\u00a0Reports\u00a0group.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the parameter\u00a0CardNumberOnLastCopy.<\/li>\n
  5. Select False.<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
