Stone Edge Order Manager is<\/span> not sending order status and tracking information to the user’s website or shopping carts.<\/p>\n

Possible Causes:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. The\u00a0Use Status Updates\u00a0box is not selected on Page 1 of the Order Status section of the Store Setup Wizard.<\/li>\n
  2. A status event related to adding tracking information is not defined in Page 2 of the Store Setup Wizard with a status that matches an order status at the website.<\/li>\n
  3. No status events have the\u00a0Notify Cart\u00a0box checked.<\/li>\n
  4. The system parameter\u00a0TrackImportSetActualShipDate\u00a0\u00a0(Shipping group) is set to FALSE.<\/li>\n
  5. The system parameter \u00a0SetActualShipDate\u00a0(Shipping group) is set to TRUE.<\/li>\n
