Customers: Custom Fields

Use the Next Topic and Previous Topic arrows, and , in the Navigation Pane of the Knowledge Base to move sequentially through the topics explaining the Customers screen. (The buttons are actually white on the black background of the Navigation Pane.)

Overview

This topic describes the Custom Fields tab of the Customers accordion menu. If the user has defined basic or advanced custom Customer fields in the program, they are displayed here.

To access this screen go to one of the following:

Main Menu>Manage My Customers>View & Manage My Customers>Custom Fields
