Orders from Selected Customer

Overview

• The Orders from Selected Customer screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form object or graphical user interface (GUI) is opened by the View Past Orders button on the POS abbreviation for Point-of-Sale. The cash register interface for use with walk-in business at "brick and mortar" stores. Used with barcode scanners and cash drawers. Sales made on the POS screen draw from the same inventory as orders imported from online stores. Add (or Edit) Customer Information screen.

• Choose to see information about the most recent order or all orders from the selected customer.

• Click the Close button to exit this screen and return to the POS Add or Edit Customer Information screen.

Description of the Screen

Show Radio Buttons

Most Recent Order

• choose this button to see just the order information for the customer's most recent purchase

All Orders

• choose this radio button to see a list of all of the customer's purchases

Order # Field

• the SEOM order number of the selected order

Date Field

• the date the selected order was placed

Balance Due Field

• if there is an outstanding balance due on the order, it is displayed here

Payment Method Field

• displays the name of the SEOM payment method used to pay for the selected order

Approved Check Box

• if checked, it indicates the selected order is "approved"

Cancelled Check Box

• if checked, it indicates the selected order is "cancelled"

Shipped To Field

• contains the address to which the selected order was shipped

List of Orders Section

• provides the following order information:

Ordered (Quantity)

SKU the abbreviation for Stock Keeping Unit; a unique identifier used to track product inventory
