View or Void UPS Shipments is found by going to Main Menu > Settings > Shipping Functions > View or Void UPS Shipments, and opens the UPS Shipments screen .
The View or Void UPS Shipments function is one way to void a shipping label and its associated tracking number. Other activities that can be performed at this screen are printing a ground manifest, or package pickup receipt, as well as reprinting any shipping documents containing a tracking number.
System parameter ShippingDocumentRetentionDays controls how far back the program allows documents to be reprinted. The default value of the parameter is 30 days, but it can be set anywhere between 1 and 60 days.
The default view of this screen is to show shipments processed on the current date, however, it is possible to alter the data that is displayed here by using the fields at the top of the screen (Starting Date, Order Number or Tracking Number).
Shipping labels can also be deleted/voided at the Shipping tab of the Process Orders screen of SEOM. Main Menu > Process My Orders > View and Process My Orders > Shipping
this button opens the UPS Online Tools Shipping screen, through which the user can generate and process a UPS shipment without leaving the current screen
the UPS Online Tools Shipping screen comes directly from UPS, it is not a SEOM screen; refer to UPS's online help to answer questions about using this form
prints the SEOM report, UPS Pick-Up Receipt, using the Shipping- End of Day Report UPS template
if the user has not disabled the Printer Menu, the program allows them to choose the printer where the report is sent
the Filter Options screen is also presented to the user, allowing them to change the criteria for the report
it is not required to print this report
when a date is entered in this field, it acts as a filter and only orders that have been placed on or after that date are displayed
This section of the screen displays a list of orders that have been shipped, based on any filtering information that has been entered in the Starting Date, Order Number or Tracking Number fields. If no different or additional criteria has been entered into those fields, this screen will show orders that have been shipped on the current date. It may be necessary to remove data in the fields are not being used as filters to obtain the desired results list.
The data that can be displayed at this screen is also limited by the setting of system parameter, ShippingDocumentRetentionDays.
Within this section there are the following fields:
Choose one or more of the following filters:
Enter a different date in the Starting Date field to see orders that were shipped on or after that date.
Enter the order number assigned by SEOM in the Order Number field.

Press the Enter key and the screen is updated to show the orders that match the specified criteria.
This button opens the UPS Online Tools Shipping screen, from which the user may process another shipment without leaving the current screen.
It can be used if a shipping label was just voided for an order and the user wants to create a new one.
