Most of the user interfaces have been redesigned for a more modern appearance and reorganized for more efficient and intuitive navigation. Currently, the Store Setup Wizard are the only screens that have not been updated, but that will change as the Store Setup Wizard evolves into the Advanced Settings of the Quick Setup Guide.
A new Setup Guide has been added to further simplify the setup process when the program is initially installed or when a new store data file is created. The existing Store Setup Wizard is opened by selecting Advanced Settings on the Setup Guide menu.
The Maintenance Menu has been eliminated. Most of its functions have been moved to the Settings menu of the Main Menu. Refer to the Where is it now? Knowledge Base topic for help locating a particular function.
The Ordered column on the Process Orders (View Orders) screen has been relabeled Qty and the Needed column has been relabeled BO (backordered).

Notes are now sorted with most recent at the top.
Order, Inventory, Supplier and Customer screens now include List views to easily view and select choose records.
Pack & Ship now includes a list of orders from which to choose.
“Users” is a new selection in the List Maintenance feature that allows new employees to be added to multiple categories (Sales People, Packers, Pickers) simultaneously without having to enter each in separate category lists.
Redesigned POS system that maximizes to all screen sizes above and including 1024 x 768.
Stone Edge 2012 supports Subscription Manager V1.655.
