Troubleshooting SEOM
ProblemThe upgrade script runs for quite some time before the program seems to hang and issues various error messages. SymptomThe program may issue the following errors:

The user is asked to login to SEOM, the process will run for a while and the same messages may appear repetitively. There is no confirmation of a successful completion, but the Log-In screen may appear. When attempting to login, the Error in ErrorTrap message described above may be issued, or "At CheckTables: Error = 91: Object variable of With block variable not set" may be encountered. CauseODBC Timeout errors are occurring during the upgrade process, preventing the upgrade script from successfully completing the conversion of the data file. SolutionSet system parameter SQLServerODBCTimeout to a number significantly higher than the default value of 60. Component and Versions Affected
