Overview

• The purpose of the Setup Guide is to help you get SEOM up and running quickly. It covers the basic tasks and settings necessary to start working with orders. The Setup Guide runs when the program is initially opened and also when a new store file the database used by Monsoon OMS that contains all order, customer, inventory and supplier records related to a given "store". is created.

• The Setup Guide consists of eight sections: Company, Users, Sales Tax, Shopping Cart an e-commerce software system that allows a retailer to sell products on the Web. In the context of Monsoon OMS, it refers to the settings that describe a merchant's web store to the program, allowing it communicate with the online shopping cart and import orders and other information, Credit Card Processing, Email, Import Data and Advanced Settings.

• Click the section tabs or use Next to move backward or forward through the process.

• This topic discusses the Company section of the Setup Guide, where name, address and logo information used on Stone Edge reports and emails is specified.

Company Screen

Name Field

• this field is pre-populated with the store name, as entered previously

Info 1 - Info 4 Fields

• enter company address, phone number or website information in these fields which are displayed directly under the Company Name on reports

Report Preview

• shows the data entered in the Name and Info 1-4 fields as it appears on reports

Add Logo

• click this link and navigate to a company logo to insert on reports

Remove Logo

• click this link to remove the company logo
• the path to the current logo file is displayed in the text box adjacent to the Folder icon

Folder Icon

• click this icon to navigate to another logo file

Next Button

• click this button to proceed to the Users tab

Close Button

• exit the Setup Guide
