Set Report Options

Overview

• The Report Options function allows users to assign an Alias or alternate name to a report.

• It also allows the user to determine whether a report is visible on the Report Menu.

• To access this screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form object or graphical user interface (GUI):

Main Menu>Settings>Report Functions>Set Report Options  

• To leave this screen, click the Main button in the lower left-hand corner or click another tab on the Accordion..

Description of the Screen

Regular Name Column

• this column includes the name of all of the standard reports provided with the program as well as any custom reports that the user has added to the Report Menu through the Custom Report Maintenance feature

Alias Column

• this column will contain the same value as the Regular Name column unless the user enters a different name for a report by over-typing the value in the appropriate row of the Alias column

Hide Column

• scroll to the right to see this column
• to prevent a report from appearing on the Report Menu, check the Hide box in the appropriate row
