Manual Orders: Summary

Use the Next Topic and Previous Topic arrows, and , in the Navigation Pane of the Knowledge Base to read about each phase of creating a manual order in sequence. (The buttons are actually white on the black background of the Navigation Pane.)

Overview

This is the final phase of placing a Manual Order, where key information is reviewed prior to saving the order.
Click the links across the top of the screen to step through each section, or phase, of placing a manual order. Using these links, it is possible to jump between different phases, out of their normal sequence.
Another method of navigating between phases is to use the "Continue to.." or "Back to..." buttons at the bottom of each section, however, they only follow the normal sequence of steps.

Manual Orders: Summary screen

Bill: Fields

displays the billing information entered for the order
to make changes, return to the Customer section of Manual Orders

Ship: Fields

displays the shipping information entered for the order
to make changes, return to the Customer section of Manual Orders

This Order: Section

Item Count Field

the total unique SKUs included in the order, not the total number of pieces

Total Sales Field

displays the sum of all charges on the order, or the Grand Order Total

Paid By Field

displays the payment method associated with the order

Pay Status Field

indicates if the order is Paid in Full, or if there is a Balance Due or Credit Due

Balance Field

displays the amount the merchant is owed, the (amount) the customer is owed, or $0.00

Save Order Button

after reviewing the order information for any errors, click this button to record the order in the program

Back to Payment Button

click this button to return to the previous screen in the Manual Orders process
