Overview

Configure SEOM to use Cybersource for Internet and Manual Orders

  1.  Download and install "CyberSource Credit Card gateway support files”  into the c:\stoneedge folder on each workstation that is using CyberSource as a payment processor.

  2.  Set system parameter CreditCardProcessor (Credit Card Group) to Cybersource.

  3.  Configure the other system parameters pertaining to CyberSource:

CyberSsource System Parameter Name

CyberSourceAlternateKeyFileName

Set this parameter to the name of the .p12 security key file if it has been named something other than "YourMerchantID.p12" where "YourMerchantID" is the Merchant ID established with CyberSource.

 

CyberSourceAlternateNamespaceURI

This parameter should be left blank by default unless instructed by CyberSource to use another Namespace for posting transactions. Should only be for temporary use. Default Namespace used is: urn:schemas-cybersource-com:transaction-data-1.18

 

CyberSourceAlternateServerURL

This parameter should be left blank by default unless instructed by CyberSource to switch to another server. Should only be for temporary use.

 

CyberSourceMerchantID

Enter the Merchant Login ID for the CyberSource Gateway.

 

CyberSourceProxyPassword

Use only if CyberSourceProxyServer is set to use a proxy server for internet access. Set this parameter to the proxy server password associated with the user name specified in the CyberSourceProxyUserName.

 

CyberSourceProxyServer

Only for use if your company uses a proxy server for internet access. Only one proxy server can be designated for all CyberSource gateway accounts.

 

CyberSourceProxyUserName

Use only if CyberSourceProxyServer is set to use a proxy server for internet access. Set this parameter to the user name required for the proxy server.

 

CyberSourceSecurityKeyLocation

Enter the path to the location of the security key (.p12) file received from CyberSource.

 

CyberSourceTestMode

Set this parameter to FALSE to run "Live" transactions through the CyberSource gateway.

 

  1. Optional: Use Special System parameters (cart-based) if more than one shopping cart exists in the current data file and they are not all using the same CyberSource account.

Configure SEOM to use CyberSource for Point-of-Sale Orders (Enterprise and Plus Editions)

  1. Download and install "CyberSource Credit Card gateway support files”  into the c:\stoneedge folder on each workstation that accesses CyberSource.

  2. POS Group system parameter CreditCardProcessorPOS should be set to Cybersource.

  3. Set the other system parameters listed below:

Enter the Merchant Login ID for the CyberSource Gateway account used for the Point of Sale.

 

CyberSourcePOSSecurityKeyLocation

Enter the path to the location of the security key (.p12) file received from CyberSource for use with the account assigned to the Point of Sale.

 

CyberSourcePOSTestMode

Set this parameter to False to run "Live" transactions through the CyberSource gateway from the Point of Sale.

 

Note: There are no Special System Parameters (cart-based) for POS parameters.
