It is possible to create a new customer record from customer information in an order by going to:
Main Menu > Process My Orders > Process & View My Orders > Customer > Create New Customer
To create a new customer record from customer information in an order, go to Main Menu > Process My Orders > Process & View My Orders.
Navigate to the order in question.
Click the Customer tab and select Create New Customer.
The Use which Address? message appears.
Enter B or S to use the Billing or Shipping address, respectively.
Click OK.
The program either creates the new customer record or it tells you if there is already an existing customer record (based on the values specified in the parameters CustomerSearchField1-4.)
Click OK to end either dialog.
